The customer service here was quite poor. Fueling operations are slow, and the personnel handling the refueling displayed a negative attitude. I suggest taking your business over to APP instead.

I have been visiting this location for many years, but I won't be returning. I flew in on Saturday, 2/15/25, and was assessed a "Special Event Fee" of $1190.00 for my King Air. My colleague arrived in a Citation and incurred a charge of $2700.00. I was informed this was due to a TFR at PBI. When I called the front desk the day prior, this fee was never mentioned. The manager later stated it is published somewhere, which is vague, and promised to investigate. The competing FBO does not impose such charges. Pilots should exercise caution!

Based here both with my PA32 Saratoga and the G-IV I fly for work. The CSR staff is amazingly friendly and eager to assist. Line personnel are equally on top of their job. Management by the Capen brothers, whose family are the original owners, is nothing short of engaged. The FBO is clean and comfortable, featuring newly renovated rest rooms and adequate lounge and break room areas. There is plenty of parking for personal vehicles and GoRental is on premises. Highly recommend this facility.

Private Equity + FBO = pilot beware! 6 pax light twin (propeller) plane, $304 facility fee plus $45 security. From the moment I exited my aircraft to greet my passenger (a friend) until we began taxiing, only 10 minutes elapsed. The interaction with the desk staff was excellent—very pleasant individuals.

Excellent experience. Their customer service was exceptional. I submitted a survey giving them high marks along with one minor suggestion. The General Manager contacted me the following day to discuss his strategy for addressing that suggestion. A certified aviation associate provider. We saw plenty of well-trained line crew members.
