Phenomenal FBO, arrived with a C172, and they treated us as if we were flying a CRJ. We experienced unexpected engine issues requiring an overnight stay. The front desk agent, Olivia, truly exceeded expectations. She remained until closing time and even assisted us in securing lodging. If you are at SUA, choose APP!

Fueling occurred on the ramp during a stopover for refueling with CAA; the $20 security deposit was unfortunately not waived.

The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, even while they were busy handling several jets. They provided excellent service both inside the facility and out on the ramp. The charge for the Cessna 172 was $35.

The staff is consistently welcoming and the line service is attentive. I really enjoy utilizing APP for our needs.

The staff was very friendly, parking was easy, and the facility is quite nice. It was a single engine piston aircraft, and they brought our rental out to the plane even though I neglected to call ahead. Fuel prices were elevated, but that is the case for everyone in this region.
