This Signature FBO tops the list for subpar service in the entire chain. Ground handling always runs late, frequently no staff answers the phone, and the dispatcher who responds to radio calls is often quite unpleasant. Management certainly needs to improve their standards!

The ramp overnight parking charge is $265 for a single night stay for a single-piston SR20. This fee structure isn't clearly posted on their website. The ground crew and facilities are quite pleasant.

The pre-purchase inspection (PPI) for aircraft N8012X was scheduled for Tuesday. The maintenance team, led by Mark, did a thorough job inspecting the airframe and engine components. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they addressed the squawks found during the initial walkthrough. The logbooks were complete, and the avionics suite, featuring a G1000, was fully functional. The aircraft, a beautiful SR22, performed excellently on the post-maintenance test flight. We did notice a slight anomaly with the flap indicator on the ground check, but the mechanics resolved it promptly before I took possession of the aircraft. Overall, a very professional experience.

They are no longer providing shuttle service to and from the terminal. This is disappointing for an FBO of this magnitude.
