Atlantic scuffed our Citation V deice boots on both wings. The morning of departure, the line manager inspected the aircraft and advised me that he would call me later in the week. He did call and spent a few minutes explaining that his ramp cameras are not adequate to determine if they damaged the boots. He spoke with the fuelers, and they denied responsibility. He essentially implied I was being untruthful. The boots had been fully treated a few days prior and fueled only once.

A quick shout out for Atlantic and Staff. Fees were one-third of what Signature quoted, and the service was excellent. We arrived in a SR22, and although we got stuck due to weather, Jasmin and the whole team were so gracious and accommodating. A crew car for a quick lunch, one failed departure, two top offs, and a nicely appointed lounge got us through the day. Thank you everyone!!

A solid bunch of crooks, it seems like every week there's a "special" event at Atlantic KLAS. Over $1300 per day in "special event fees." When I inquired about the nature of the event, they were unaware themselves. Atlantic's pricing nationwide is excessive; the service quality never justifies the expense. Furthermore, I've observed a lack of standardized training or safety protocols in my dealings. I will simply fly out of HND to bypass Atlantic.
