Stopped in for lunch in an SR22. Personnel were immediately available to greet me. Requested 20 gallons. No additional charges beyond the fuel itself. The cafe is directly connected to the FBO. Excellent experience overall.

Ever since SkyPort bought Suncoast, the fuel prices and fees are absolutely insane. It's now cheaper to get 100LL AND JETA from any other location nearby. As a young pilot who flies 135 charter and has lived here my whole life, it is quite upsetting to be faced with higher prices than surrounding airports that offer less service too.

Excellent FBO with good service, though I have one complaint. The tie-down fee is not waived even if you purchase fuel.

For piston aircraft, the ramp fee is $14. This is waived if you dine at the cafe; the food is excellent. If you arrive after hours, parking is complimentary provided you depart the same night. I flew my girlfriend out for Sharky's sunset flight. The gate code is located on the lock, so take a photograph. Taking an Uber to Sharky's is recommended.

A $15 handling fee applies once, though it is waived if you purchase 10 gallons of fuel. Daily tie-down for single-engine propeller aircraft costs $15.

Quite disappointing experience. The fees for parking and tie-down totaled $30, yet the aircraft was never secured.
