It is important to negotiate your fuel rate before you arrive at the airport.

A very pleasant FBO experience. I flew in on a Sunday for lunch in my PA28. They offer a comfortable lounge, a conference room, clean bathrooms, and even a shower facility. They maintain a fleet of 6 courtesy vehicles, and the $40 ramp fee is waived if you purchase 10 gallons of fuel. The tower controllers were professional, and I easily obtained flight following on the ground frequency. The airport traffic was light. The GA terminal is managed by Grand Aire, and while their fuel prices are lower, that facility is only open during the weekdays.

Excellent stop. I read about the landing fees and was informed they are waived with a 50-gallon fuel purchase. We will see if an invoice arrives. Very little activity on this breezy day. The restrooms were clean, and the service was superb. Friendly staff.

Beware of unpublished landing fees! I recently received a charge for a landing fee of $50 from a month ago from Vector PlanePass. www.toledoexpress.com/airport-operations. There is a link to a 40+ page .pdf that details the fine print for the fee structure (based on MGTOW) for landing and facility charges. The minimum fee is $25 for each. It is quite frustrating that this isn't listed anywhere in ForeFlight or even on the primary website. I suspect they might be utilizing ADS-B data. Perhaps we should use Toledo Exec going forward.
