Recently acquired by Grand Aire. The facilities are somewhat spartan. The flight planning room is essentially a desktop running Google Chrome. Sometimes, due to short staffing, you must call another hangar to have someone open the door for entry. Yet, they still charge a fee just to pick up a passenger. You pay a fee if you buy fuel. The personnel are pleasant enough, but unless they offer a bit more value, they might consider delaying fee collection. TOL aviation might present a better alternative.
