A straightforward visit. I parked on the ramp and my aircraft was not relocated. The location was 50 ft from the entrance, offering plenty of snacks and water. The fuel truck arrived within 12 minutes of my request. Only ramp fees and fuel were billed. The staff was wonderfully friendly! I will certainly return.

Stopped for fuel. They have self-serve pump on the ramp, quite easy to locate and taxi toward. There was no fee associated with the fuel purchase, and we utilized the courtesy car for a brief lunch in town. Kaiser Air personnel were friendly and helpful.

Really pleasant staff and service! They do need to improve crew rates with lodging and vehicle rentals, however. The hotel was quoted at $169 per night, and that rate applied only to one night; the subsequent two nights increased significantly (more than double the initial rate). Vehicle rental was supposed to be $69 daily, but I was ultimately billed $105... plus I had to walk to the terminal to retrieve the vehicle.

A friend dropped me off with a Beech Baron. The staff placed us right up front, offered a crew car, and directed us to the nearest restaurant. There was no charge for anything, and they didn't require us to purchase fuel. Super friendly and outstanding service. I also stop at their Oakland FBO, and the experience is consistent (different fee schedule for different aircraft).
