They are no longer accepting Av fuel contracts.

Terrible service for GA during the winter months. I was informed that I did not need to have my engine heater connected, and consequently, they were unable to move the aircraft. I was placed on hold without any warning, explanation, or assistance. I was assured I didn't need to be concerned. This was entirely unprofessional conduct. I cannot recommend this service. I will only use this FBO as a last resort if no other options are available; I suggest trying Atlantic next door. Give them a chance.

The service was average, but ensure you request everything 30 minutes earlier than you anticipate needing it. The line service is painfully slow and often behind schedule.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Signature Flight Support, but the line service here is terrible. We had a Challenger Jet scheduled for quick turns over 2 days. The first visit was mediocre. We notified Signature about the quick turn the next day, and also called by phone to remind them 30 minutes out. There was no fuel truck waiting upon parking. They just started fueling the jet parked across from us. I asked a lineman to get a second truck going. He refused (they have THREE!) and started shouting, getting right in my face! Wow! The CEO onboard heard his shouting. The manager later acknowledged he was having a difficult day. We will be using Atlantic Aviation from now on.

CAUTION! An FBO that has had at least four courtesy cars simultaneously has chosen to reduce service to just one! I expect this situation to be temporary, but it will be difficult while it lasts.
