Arrived unannounced on a busy and beautiful Saturday morning in my Skylane and was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who welcomed me into the pristine and well-accommodated facility. The fees were nominal, and the service was excellent. Thank you, team.

Excellent ramp service and CSRs at this location! We arrived late in a Beech Debonair, and upon landing, we were marshaled in promptly. They fueled our aircraft and kindly offered to secure it in the extra space within the hangar for the evening. Departure was equally smooth; the aircraft was pulled out onto the ramp just as we arrived.

Completely incompetent staff. Our 737 was parked on the ramp for an early 4:30 departure. We were informed that the stairs were positioned at the aircraft, but upon walking out, we found no stairs attached. We had to return inside and request that the stairs be connected. When it was time for us to depart, no ground crew was available to marshal us out. We had to call for assistance to return. The marshaller attempted to wave us out before our engines were even running and seemed unaware of the correct signal to initiate the start sequence.

Another excellent experience at Atlantic SLC! Superb service from the line crew having my vehicle brought right up to the aircraft. They were helpful confirming hangar availability and reducing applicable charges based on the fuel uplift (I took 40 gallons). Indeed, fuel costs are high, but the price point for the convenience and quality of service makes it worthwhile for me. Thanks again, I look forward to returning!

The facility fee for a light jet was $763, plus a $45 security charge.
