The service felt expensive for what was provided. Although they were aware of our departure time, we still had to walk nearly half a mile to reach the aircraft. There were only three other planes on the ramp at that moment. The checkout process took an excessive amount of time; apparently, there was an issue with their computer system. I eventually requested the attendant to take a picture of my credit card and process the payment later when the system was operational.

We stopped here in late June for an overnight in the area. They provided us transportation to Hertz at the airline terminal. No issues with the rental car. We managed to leave the aircraft at the FBO the following day without any complications. FBO staff members were very courteous. They did park the Bonanza a bit of a walk from the FBO—though they offered to move it closer, we all needed the exercise. Make sure to grab a pen showing the ICAO code for the airport. You flew through xxxx to reach your destination. :-)

Stopped yesterday for a quick turn in my SR22. The service was prompt, and there were no unexpected charges. Facilities are nice.

Superb service at WestJet. I have stopped here numerous times for fuel while traveling west. I stayed for a few days this trip, and the service was wonderful, justifying the extra cost for full service fuel compared to self-serve, in my opinion.

I just spent six days in Rapid City. The team at West Jet took excellent care of us. It's a nice FBO, with friendly and knowledgeable personnel, and the fees are quite reasonable. They handled everything for our party.
