The line crew member was somewhat gruff and unfriendly.

Frankly, this is the only FBO that has let me down during my aviation career. I was here before when it operated as AvJet, and the experience was excellent. I attempted to secure a rental car through them but failed, which is acceptable. However, they refused to allow me to use a courtesy car to collect a Turo rental 30 minutes away because my arrival was scheduled for 30 minutes past their 5 PM closing time. They offered zero assistance and I had to plead for them to leave a key. There was a distinct lack of initiative, and the staff was impolite. I ultimately chose to land 1.5 hours away rather than deal with BlackHawk.

Flew in on a Mooney and stayed a few days. Sarah was super helpful with everything. Excellent airport with good service. Thanks to everyone there, I will certainly return. Easy airport to access and spectacular views—highly recommend it.

We have been visiting Pagosa for many years now. The personnel are quite friendly, fuel costs are competitive, and the coffee is excellent!
