The facility is not open 24 hours a day. There are no rest areas available.

Landed to drop off my mother and returned three days later for pickup. Staff were very helpful with her arrangements. During the return trip, they provided a catered lunch from Olive Garden, and the meal was quite good. Thank you.

Excellent service. Landed here with a student in an SR20, and they offered us a very nice, new crew car while they fueled the aircraft. Over 15 gallons waived some charges, though there was still a small airport fee applied to the final bill.

Excellent service and wonderful staff. A rental car was ready for me at a very reasonable cost, delivered right to the aircraft—it couldn't have been simpler. They waive the ramp fee with a 15-gallon fuel purchase, which is an obvious benefit. I will certainly return to Atlantic/Newport News again.

Flew in my Cirrus SR22. Amazing and very welcoming service. The massage chairs are great. We got the crew car to visit downtown.

The FBO doesn't seem to accurately reflect some charges. The following are for Light GA single engine piston aircraft, July 2023: $10 tie down overnight (not waiverable) $11 security charge $40 facility fee (waived with 15 gallons 100LL) $75 after hours fee because we pulled in at 10:02pm. Very pleasant people at the desk; helpful line crew.
