I called ahead to get a quote for a single piston aircraft. I was informed there might be a $50 fee each time they have to reposition my plane if operations become too busy, due to a lack of tiedown space for single piston aircraft. Unbelievable.

This is a very pleasant facility. Parking for single-engine piston aircraft is $20 per night, and there is an additional $10 security charge. The $40 facility fee is waived if you purchase fuel.

I am a frequent visitor in a piston single and always treated very well. Line service is excellent and front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. 100LL price is always high, but that is somewhat to be expected for a large airport like this; however, they do waive their ramp fees with the fuel purchase. Will continue to park here on my trips to Portland.

Called ahead for piston and received poor service. However, upon arrival, the line staff treated me well both times. The facility is nice, nothing extraordinary, but it is clean and comfortable.
