We found it a bit confusing with no assistance when we taxied to Regal Air on 9/6/23. They are a flight school, so most of the tie-downs are reserved for their training fleet. After we shut down in one of their tie-down spots, an instructor approached to direct us to a G.A. tie-down. The tie-down faces the 777s parked on a closed taxiway. There is a slope, so ensure you set your parking brake before exiting, or have your passenger place chocks or secure your aircraft before you get out.

The younger employees are consistently friendly and helpful. If you arrive to find one or two older women staffing the desk, I suggest departing.
