Parked a 1976 P28R-200 (a beater) next to a Gulfstream. Staff treated us with respect and courtesy. The fee was worth it for us given the luggage and the convoluted nature of transient parking access. I plan to stop here again if I am in the area.

Excellent line crew, reception area, and facilities. They were very welcoming. There are associated costs, but nothing is inexpensive nowadays; it takes resources to maintain operations. Furthermore, they offer the BEST SNACKS of any FBO I have encountered so far on the West Coast!

If you are not spending a significant amount of money with them, they seem indifferent, which is quite noticeable. I would choose an alternative FBO.

If at all possible, avoid stopping here. I dislike leaving negative feedback. Pros--- very pleasant linemen, a very friendly desk receptionist, and the interior feels very Signature-like—nice snacks and excellent facilities. Cons---- extremely overpriced. The $40 facility fee is waived with fuel purchase. I landed my single-engine piston aircraft—a $25 parking fee plus a $50 "security" charge. So, one night's parking amounted to $75 in fees, in addition to the usual high sales tax rate in Washington State.
