I landed my SR22 here about a month ago for a wedding. Signature Flight Support was excellent. I ended up staying for roughly a week. Later, I received an invoice from an external vendor billing me, referencing KMOB as the location. The invoice provided no details regarding the charges, so I initially dismissed it as unsolicited mail.

C182. Landed 7/24/2025 unexpected stop due to weather. Line staff marshaled me in and immediately began fueling. Front desk personnel were friendly. Excellent coffee machine and many snacks available. The desk waived the handling and $36 infrastructure fee since we stopped for WX. Clean restrooms and comfortable seating-I would happily return.

Effective May 1, 2025, the Mobile Airport Authority (not Signature) is collecting landing fees from transient aircraft based on the weight of the aircraft: https://www.mobileairportauthority.com/uploads/landing-fees-document.pdf This results in approximately $15 for a Bonanza sized aircraft at KMOB.

Landed for a meal in Mobile. A $30 "Handling Fee" plus an $8 "Infrastructure Fee" for my RV-12 while on the ground for two hours (which I chocked myself) seems excessive. I did purchase fuel, however. I will not be returning.
