APT Lighting Schedule: When atct closed actvt malsr runways 15 & 33 - CTAF. papi runways 15 & 33 opr consly. hirl runway 15/33 preset step 3 or hyr, based on weather conds.
Coast guard; W apron , E apron.
Conds not mntd when atct closed.

Landing Fee: Landing fee for non-sked commercial aircraft ovr 65000 lbs.
