Dramatic entrance: we landed, taxied off the runway and…pop. Lost the right main tire. At night. Elliott didn’t have anything small enough to jack up and tow our plane so Tony McGuyvered up a refrigerator dolly and a piece of plywood to haul our 2600-pound Arrow off the taxiway. At 1 mph. With a police and fire truck escort. Hats off to Tony for his creativity, and to the whole crew for being so wonderful with us during our stressful situation!

Terrible fuel service experience. I operate a 60-gallon capacity aircraft. After landing, I required 30 gallons, which I confirmed using the fuel stick measurement. I had only flown for 2.5 hours at a rate of 9 gallons per hour. When I went inside, they fueled the aircraft and subsequently claimed they had pumped 48 gallons. Upon reaching my next destination, I checked the fuel consumption and verified the burn rate remained consistent at 9 gph. When I requested they re-check the meter reading, their response was simply that the reading was final. I cannot recommend this service to other pilots.

A very nice, clean facility overall. Fuel pricing is slightly elevated, but the newer courtesy vehicles appear consistently available, which made the stop worthwhile for me. The tower and ground controllers were also quite upbeat on frequency, sounding like they genuinely enjoy their work.

Service is typically below standard. Even for turboprops. I am uncertain whom they serve if they refuse to dispense JetA to me. Waited 36 minutes for fuel for the third occasion recently, with no personnel present on the ramp awaiting fuel service. They never respond to the radio (always claiming it is malfunctioning) and frequently ignore phone calls. Stop at DVN instead and visit Revv; they offer superior service there.

Fantastic FBO. The office space is large and comfortable. Josh on the line was amazing!
