This facility is wonderful. I flew in for lunch and the service provided was incredible. They offered me a crew car to reach GW BBQ, plus ice for taking leftovers home, and even provided a complimentary T-shirt. I will certainly return. Highly recommend.

Landed at KMFE, and then the right engine wouldn't crank due to a bad starter on Friday morning around 10:00 AM. McCreary Aviation had a starter in stock and had us operational by 1:00 PM. Tony, who leads their maintenance department, is top-notch. Excellent service!

Stopped going into Mexico and again on the way back from Mexico. Easy and quick customs then swing over to McCreery. Line service crew jumped on everything quickly, even cleaning both windshields. Really quick on fuel. On return, one passenger needed a wheelchair. Line service jumped on that need quickly too. I recommend them as a stop when in south TX.

Had a very positive experience. Called ahead on a Thursday regarding a Friday arrival. Upon landing, the Line crew was prompt and courteous. The desk team assisted in coordinating the shuttles with our hotel. Everything was prepared as requested for our Sunday departure. Prices were reasonable.

Exceptional service! Arrived...lineman Beto, greeted us, inquired what we needed, and had a colleague bring a luggage cart (3 pax, lots of baggage) without us having to request one. They assisted with unloading; he was very attentive. The fuel truck arrived just as we reached the FBO, truly awesome response. Inside the FBO, Crystal and MH managed everything from there. They noted our requirements and transported our passengers to collect their rental vehicle, then dropped us at our hotel. Kudos to Beto, Crystal, and MH...superb work!
