Fuel prices and landing fees are quite high. There is no CAA service available. However, the facilities are very pleasant. I really appreciated the rest areas. Comfortable sleeping arrangements were provided. The cleaning staff works continuously. A good FBO overall. Still, this is Chicago... The surrounding neighborhood could be better.

They promised to match CAA pricing, but they would not honor it once the aircraft was fueled. Unpleasant people.

I had a superb experience flying in a single piston engine PA-28. We were guided to a parking spot, where chocks and tiedowns were supplied. A shuttle transported us from the aircraft to the FBO. We received transport to the Orange line from the FBO personnel. Regrettably, they could not provide a return shuttle from the train station back to the FBO, but a fast Lyft ride was an option. Facility fee was waived with an 11-gallon fuel purchase. Total fees for one overnight stay amounted to $71.50 before fuel costs.

Not GA friendly. Flew in 11/23 to depart 11/25. Wanted to do Skyline flight first, but the ceilings were too low. Went back 11/24. Was told they would leave my ticket open. Went for a one-hour flight and returned. Checked in before leaving. Supervisor Leidy went out of her way to come over to the customer service representative. She closed my initial transaction, opened a new one, charged me another round of fees, and had the audacity to add an extra charge for the Bears game. Extremely rude and confrontational behavior. I will not be returning.
