Oh my Goodness! What excellent FBO service. This was our first visit to KLVK and 5 Rivers. All the staff were very pleasant and treated us as if we had just arrived in a Gulfstream. They went above and beyond to assist with anything we required. I truly appreciated all the aviation decorations. We certainly plan to return soon.

I cannot recommend Five Rivers in good faith. A line crew member pumped 30 gallons over the wing into my aircraft without properly bonding the fuel truck to the plane. When I pointed this out, the technician simply shrugged and stated, "Ehh, it has been sitting overnight." This deficiency in line technician training is quite hazardous, in my view.

The crew car costs $75 per day, or it is complimentary for usage up to two hours (April 2025).

I strongly endorse Five Rivers. I was guided in by Line Guy Justin. He was extremely helpful with unloading all of my passengers' baggage. He returned after directing my passengers to their rental car, to check if I required any assistance. The CSRs were very cordial and supportive. These individuals appear to genuinely care for and enjoy their work.

Do not anticipate the red carpet treatment when flying a piston aircraft. There were no tie-downs available next to the FBO. When asked, the line crew provided some wooden chocks instead. We needed to have the aircraft fueled twice because the line crew overlooked three of the four tanks. The facility itself is pleasant, but I would not describe the staff as overly accommodating. An overnight fee was applied despite purchasing fuel.
