Arrived today for a fast turn, anticipating poor service given the existing feedback, and I was delighted to be mistaken! Two attentive ground crew members met me (I called 15 minutes prior to landing; they were prepared), fueled my aircraft promptly, and they even laid out the welcome mat by the door. The front desk attendant was pleasant and effective. The facilities are clean and contemporary. This location is certainly now high on my preferred list for rapid-turn FBO services!

Excellent service! We waited an hour late for our arrival. They provided a quick turnaround so we could get back airborne. Very good pricing, especially with the CAA discount.

The line crew spends more time talking to friends on the phone on the ramp than servicing aircraft. Typically, CAA FBOs provide excellent service, but steer clear of this particular location.

Poor FBO experience and excessive charges apply. One must purchase 75 gallons to waive these fees. That seems quite unreasonable for a smaller fixed-base operator. Even with CAA membership.

Stopped at Honaker expecting mediocre service based on some of the posted feedback. Upon landing, I was greeted by two linemen who offered assistance with the baggage. David gave us tips on reaching our hotel. When we returned the following day, the fuel order was accurate, and the $35.00 charge was quite fair for a TBM.

Mediocre experience. The first couple of visits were satisfactory, but the last two were awful. I lack the time to detail every problem encountered. Consider using the alternative FBO or flying into a different facility.
