It was just average. The personnel I interacted with were all pleasant and kind, but the overall experience felt lackluster. Purchasing fuel did not waive the parking charges. Fees were applied even though the ramp lacked tie-down space and wasn't even secured with a fence. There were also credit card processing fees. Fuel prices were quite high. I structured my flight to only require minimal fuel to avoid extra charges, and I suggest others consider this approach. Next time, I will check the other FBO or perhaps a different airport to see if they provide a superior experience.

Took a trip to do the bourbon tours in Louisville, KY. Decided on ASI because of the self serve and the reviews. When I was in the pattern to land I had a MAG failure. The line folks were all over me when we landed. Parked me up front and discussed all my options for parking. When I said I had a maintenance issue they brought a mechanic out just a few minutes later. They hangared my aircraft and worked with me to get it fixed. The FBO is immaculate and staff is fast and pleasant.

Excellent experience utilizing ASI at Clark Regional Airport for a GA Lancair Columbia 300 aircraft. Two line personnel met me at the aircraft and offered their help. A rental car was delivered plane side. The line crew parked and secured the plane, and towed me to the self-serve fuel pump the following day! Customer Representatives Olivia and Michaela were superb. The FBO facility is immaculate. FBO charges were fair. The non-towered airport traffic, including business jets, operated professionally and safely.

I opted to park at ASI instead of the other FBO based on feedback, and it certainly met expectations! I phoned ahead the day prior to inquire about my rental car possibilities. Sarah, who was very helpful, explained my choices and then went above and beyond by taking my Hertz member ID and securing the booking for me! After landing, my vehicle was ready on the ramp, and the line personnel assisted us with loading our luggage. The entire process was first-rate, including their buildings. I will certainly come back.
