Seventy dollars for a single night on the ramp. CJ1 with no services provided. I even retrieved my own chocks and cone from the rear storage area. Come on now.

I would advise against using Atlantic JAN. They refuse to provide the crew car to pilots under the age of 25. I attempted to discuss this with both managers but was turned down. Furthermore, they intended to impose a $340 landing fee for my twin-engine aircraft, which is not considered high performance, had I not purchased the minimum required fuel. I strongly suggest flying into KMBO instead; the fuel there is significantly less expensive, the service is more welcoming, and they readily offer the crew car to pilots.

A line technician was present for after-hours refueling, even though the FBO facility was closed. There was no additional callout charge. The crew car was unavailable for the brief overnight stop; Uber arrived quickly.

I had a positive experience with Atlantic during a cross-country overnight fuel stop in an EC-135. Parking for helicopters was simple, and the line crew responded quickly. The front desk personnel were friendly and attentive—thanks to Ashley! Ubers were plentiful, usually arriving in under a minute, and they know the Atlantic FBO well. Excellent hotels and dining options are available less than five minutes away.
