Regrettably, this Fixed Base Operator leaves much to be desired.

The facility is never properly staffed; there is always a wait time or a line regardless of how busy they are. The personnel are not polite, and most of the time, they are quite rude. It is truly embarrassing, though perhaps fitting given the proximity to Washington D.C.

Arrived late at night and the ramp worker must have been quite tired, as we received the most unclear, unprofessional, and lazy ground marshaling I have ever experienced (with 40-50 aircraft tail to tail on the ramp). The de-ice team seemed to exhibit the same attitude when departing. We nearly had to request fuel due to the extensive wait time (over 1 hour from engine start to deice completion). Additionally, they misplaced one of our cabin storage bins. Disorganized and lackadaisical service—I would not recommend this facility.

I recently stopped here and neglected to check the fees prior to my flight. I have visited Signature Dulles multiple times previously. I do not recall it being inexpensive, but I received the identical quote as the person who posted last week's review—$225 per night! When I mentioned I was heading to Atlantic Aviation, they billed me $50! I was only on the ground for four minutes. Furthermore, they lack basic snacks, unlike many other Signature locations.
