I frequent KHXD often, so Signature has my payment information saved. I recently noticed they billed me for an overnight stay even though my aircraft was at the maintenance facility on the opposite side of the field. It seems they automatically charged me after seeing my aircraft arrive overnight via flight tracking data. That was unacceptable.

I want to take a moment to give 5 stars to Caroline and the staff at HXD Signature. We frequent this location and are often pressed for time. The line crew always performs an excellent job of getting us fueled quickly, and assisting with loading and unloading luggage from the rental vehicles waiting on the ramp. It truly doesn't get much better than that. Caroline inside is absolutely wonderful, and consistently does an incredible job ensuring we have everything required. Thank you team!

The overnight fee for the Cessna 150 was $45. We arrived around 8 PM and left at 6 AM. The ground crew provided very pleasant service, and the FBO facility was clean. I was quite surprised by the $45 overnight charge, as it wasn't mentioned upon arrival until we settled the bill the following morning.

Our initial stop at KHXD. The line and desk staff were all very helpful and courteous! They arrived plane-side with a golf cart to assist us with our bags immediately after landing. The overnight fee was $5 per night for a Cirrus. Infrastructure fee: $8.
