Proceed to APP Jet Center for CAA fuel. Arrived at 21:45h for Jet-A top off, just within business hours. Fueling was completed by 22:00h, yet we were still assessed a $300 callout fee because we departed at 22:10h. We utilized no services past 22:00h. Furthermore, the FBO remained open to assist a Falcon 900 that was receiving considerable attention! When I inquired if they might speak with the manager, I was simply given a business card. I have encountered comparable situations previously, but never experienced this kind of service. APP has secured my future business!

Signature is no longer a CAA location. They levied a $300 callout fee because the Fuelers concluded their shift at 10:05 PM. They were already present on site. Proceed to APP across the runway (APP serves as the new CAA location).

As of 9/15/25, the quoted price for parking a small piston single aircraft was $55 per night.

Excellent experience with the DA42 at CAA FBO. The staff were friendly, fuel prices were competitive, and we utilized the crew car. Overall, the team provided superb service.

Arrived in a CJ; the lineman brought the rental car right up to the aircraft and then walked back toward the line shack. There was no offer to assist with luggage or even an inquiry about whether we required anything. Absolutely zero customer service.
