The fees charged at this FBO are quite high; they billed 160 USD for four nights of parking for a C182. Even when purchasing fuel, they only waive the 15 USD handling fee—that is the extent of the discount.

Stopped for a few hours: no ramp fee, just infrastructure charges. I took 20 gallons of fuel. The staff was friendly, causing no hassles; they parked me right out front and did not move the aircraft.

Confirmed, the ramp fee for a small piston single is $40 per night, plus an $8 infrastructure charge, even when purchasing fuel. This represents a substantial increase from just $10 nightly a few years back. For those not requiring 100LL, transient parking near the base of the control tower costs $6 per night.

Excellent experience overall. The rental car arrived right next to the aircraft as I was finishing unloading. I did not have to move the aircraft for an overnight stay. Fees are standard, and they are clearly communicated if you contact them beforehand. They offer complimentary beverages, snacks, and shower facilities. Stellar work by APP.

The personnel here are very pleasant, but the associated charges are excessive. Currently, there is a $25 handling fee, a $25 service fee, plus $15 per night for parking a single-engine piston aircraft. They might reduce some charges if you buy fuel.

Excellent FBO with superb care and friendly personnel. We are always well looked after with our aircraft. This is my preferred stop in the Bay Area.
