Arrived in my Baron at dusk, marshalled in by three linemen. Very welcoming and pleasant staff. It was a weekend trip, so I opted to hangar my airplane due to impending poor weather. The rental car was brought around promptly for a quick departure. On Sunday, the plane was fueled and waiting for me on the ramp. Fuel prices were high, but they waived the hangar fee with the fuel purchase. Excellent experience overall; I will certainly return. Robert

Cutter is a very good FBO. I flew in with my single engine piston; three ground crew members marshalled us to parking, two assisted with unloading, and one brought our rental car over. Inside, they offered cookies and coffee, and a very friendly young lady managed the desk. Their fuel price is slightly elevated, but the service quality is high. Fuel was delivered as requested. They now partner with GO Rentals for vehicle hire; their rates were acceptable too. Keep up the excellent work!

Cutter is not GA friendly. Go to the city terminal instead. When I fly the jet in, they are excellent. However, when I flew my little Centurion Turbo 210 in, the staff member gave me the cold shoulder. I am 99% sure she waved me off. The day before, I had exchanged messages, and Cutter offered to book a car for me. But once they realized I was in a small plane… no assistance was offered. The Cutter personnel mostly stopped communicating with me and gestured toward the exit for me to manage everything independently.
