Few people deserve to be treated as well as Texas Jet treats its patrons. Line service is consistently very attentive, the CSRs are cordial, the refreshments are premium, and the facilities are lovely. It is always a pleasure to visit Texas Jet!

This is my third visit to Texas Jet. And this Airport. We travel out of our way to come here. One reason is they provide the BEST service. Service is always above and beyond, and they even called to follow up. We also utilized DFW Concierge Service for transportation to Dallas, which was excellent.

Received excellent treatment. They provided a tour of all the amenities offered, which included espresso, several complimentary quality snacks, two pilot lounges featuring recliners—one had aquariums—two sleep rooms with beds, and a gym. There was also a fireplace. They escorted us to the courtesy car! White glove service was provided for our MU2. Refueling all eight of our tanks was extremely fast.

Flew to Fort Worth to visit the two terrific aviation museums on the field. The "Petting Zoo" & the many Vietnam and contemporary aircraft was awesome. Most delightful was the hospitality & attention from the Texas Jet flight line crew & counter staff. Notably Rose and Stephanie were charming & helpful with the crew car, directions & treated me & my Kitfox like one of the 'big boys.' Clean, all the amenities & perhaps the friendliest FBO team I've met recently. No fees with fuel purchase. An excellent stop!
