Flew into this location this past weekend. BEAUTIFUL FBO. It is one of the nicest I have visited. However, my aircraft has both a main tank and wingtip tanks. I requested a main topoff only. I returned to the airplane and discovered fuel had indeed been put into the wingtip tanks instead of the main tank. Consequently, I received 20 extra gallons that I did not request. That proved to be a costly error on their end. I explicitly stated not to do this. No compensation was offered. The fuel attendant ought to confirm before topping off.

Correction: the overnight ramp fee is thirty dollars.

First off, customer service and all the personnel working here are excellent! The main reason I won't be returning relates to the increased fees they are now imposing. I have flown into this location many times over the years, but with the recent rebranding, it feels like they are moving away from General Aviation. For instance, topping off fuel does not waive any associated charges (it didn't waive any for me). Ramp/overnight fee was $10 (I stayed just one night). Facility fee assessed was $50, and the Infrastructure fee was $10. All of that, plus 6 gallons of fuel, totaled $138.15!

Single engine turboprop. I purchased $500 worth of fuel and was still assessed a $200 ramp fee.

The after-hours on-call fee is set at $100 per hour, commencing at 10 p.m.

This facility is now modern aviation.
