The handling fee was quite substantial, but Sarah was kind enough to provide us with all the necessary information for the first leg of our two-part journey today. Thanks to her foresight, we could plan our required services effectively. Sarah, specifically, was very helpful and agreeable. We intend to continue using Signature's services.

On November 4th, I inquired about the oxygen service and was told it was unavailable.

Parking a Cherokee 180 to drop off a friend cost $79.95.

Flew in with my Cessna, filled 41 gallons (pricey) and was charged 35.00 for overnight ramp parking; they did not provide a courtesy ride to the courtyard. We flew from Florida to California, and this was the first FBO encountered that failed to provide a ride or waive the overnight fee. I will not return; their pricing is not competitive with neighboring services!

Overpriced, this is the worst place to deal with. They charged an infrastructure fee of $446 just to watch them spill jet fuel on the ground, which means it won't be used for training. I would avoid Signature at all costs.

Landed here in my little Cessna - Signature was packed with jets, but I received prompt service and professional treatment. The pilots lounge is nice, featuring some fresh citrus for an energy snack. There is also a pleasant outdoor table on the covered patio area. Fuel costs are somewhat high, but the service provided is top-notch.
