I previously had a positive experience with this FBO, however, they now impose a $200 escort charge if you require assistance getting to your aircraft outside their designated maintenance zone. While a modest fee is acceptable, this amount seems excessive, so I will refrain from using them for fuel or other services going forward. It might be better to choose Signature Flight Support if that option is available.

I was a loyal Atlantic customer until today. I called and spoke with the attendant about arriving near midnight. He confirmed he would be there, which he was, and was very pleasant. The next day, a $200 charge appeared on my statement for after-hours service. I called and explained that a fee was never mentioned; if it had been, I certainly would have made alternative arrangements. Regardless of what I stated, the response was essentially tough luck. I am completely finished with Atlantic. Not an ethical operation.

An update to my previous comment from last week. Ali Oneil, the Area General Manager, unexpectedly contacted me to discuss my experience. After I explained my situation to Mr. Oneil, he was quite understanding and collaborated with me to devise a mutually agreeable resolution. I appreciated Mr. Oneil calling me, as I believed the issue was settled from Atlantic's perspective. I am pleased to confirm that I have returned to being an Atlantic customer. My thanks to Mr. Oneil.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered, and I have seen some truly poor FBOs. I requested my aircraft fueled twice; once upon landing, and then I checked on it the evening before departure, finding the task incomplete. I specifically asked for the fueling to be prioritized first thing the following morning, yet it still wasn't ready. I was forced to wait an excessive amount of time for the slow and inattentive line personnel to finally attend to the fueling. Consequently, we departed an hour behind schedule. The sole redeeming factor for this FBO is that the Signature facility on the field is significantly worse.
