The crew car has been unavailable for quite some time. Upon arrival, nobody directed us to parking, and generally, we encountered some of the poorest customer service I have witnessed at an FBO. There is certainly scope for enhancement.

Had a squawk enroute to the Bahamas. It turned out to be a faulty Champion spark plug. Carl and Tim in maintenance were excellent. Thank you.

The FBO personnel were very pleasant, and the pricing was quite reasonable.

Awful FBO experience. They billed me fifteen dollars just to use the restroom facilities. They offered no bottled water whatsoever; they provided a styrofoam cup for tap water instead.

Friendly staff here. We had a new line attendant assisting us. He seemed to be having some trouble with the fuel truck, which was unfortunate. He offered numerous apologies for the delay.

The ramp and office team were very helpful. Moira printed Bahamas customs C7A forms for me. Excellent service provided. I intend to return.
