Trident staff is excellent!!! This is the second time I have visited, and they have provided superb care for both me and my aircraft on both occasions. I strongly recommend their services whenever you are stopping at KESN!

I telephoned to inquire about hangar rates, and a gentleman named “Ryan” seemed completely unfamiliar with my questions, subsequently directing me to someone named “Napoleon” who failed to answer the call… This is genuinely the first occasion I've contacted an FBO that lacked knowledge regarding their service charges. Utterly inept—eagerly awaiting the CAA elections.

I typically grab a bite at the restaurant and have Trident top off my R-44. Service is consistently good. Recently, I arrived directly at the ramp late in the day. Ryan observed blue smoke and noticed an engine oil leak. He made several calls and arranged a crew car for me. Due to high winds, we secured the rotors, and I showed him how to maneuver it into the hangar. They assisted in coordinating the helicopter evaluation and helped get it returned to my home airport for maintenance. Praise to Ryan, Matt, and Napoleon! Truly exceptional care and excellent service. Thank you. I will certainly return!

The fuel supply here is not always readily accessible.

I posted a review about eight months ago praising this location, and their service remains excellent, so I felt compelled to praise them again! I stopped by this morning for lunch with relatives, and as usual, I was welcomed by a cheerful staff member providing top-tier service; they were also generous enough to let me use the courtesy vehicle. This establishment truly embodies the spirit that keeps General Aviation vibrant and enjoyable! Thank you all for your consistent efforts! I certainly plan on returning.
