Excellent service and a wonderful FBO. David was fantastic. We called ahead, and he marshaled us in, having the crew car prepared. David even offered to bring the car right to the aircraft! There was no charge for the crew car, nor any fees, since we bought fuel. David recommended we visit Gays Deli, and the meal was superb! Overall, a very positive experience.

The service was very friendly. Note that the crew car costs $3 per mile you drive it. Perhaps consider an alternative FBO if a crew car is essential for your needs.

I regret to report a disappointing experience at Easton Jet. There was nobody monitoring the radio frequency. I tried communicating for half an hour without any response. A passenger needed a taxi arranged, but there was no ramp agent available to park the aircraft. The operation felt very disorganized and unprofessional. They offered no apology for the subpar service. I was certainly not impressed during this visit.

Excellent service at Easton Jet Center yesterday. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Facilities are good. They allowed us to use the crew car for dinner over in St. Michael's. We will certainly return.

This is one of the finest and most engaging FBOs available. The facility features really neat furnishings and artwork, and the personnel are exceptional.

Superb stop for fuel. Swift service and the FBO building is impressive. I hadn't anticipated such neat decor and amenities, but it was a wonderful location with welcoming staff everywhere. I plan to return!
