Attended an owners group fly-in here. The service was excellent, and the facilities are very nice. Staff met me with a golf cart, assisted with unloading, and ferried me to the FBO. I will certainly return on any future trips to the east coast.

The team here is consistently very pleasant and helpful. Top-notch service yesterday. I discovered an oil leak after landing. I requested if the maintenance crew could inspect it while I attended meetings all day. David, a service manager, immediately addressed it. He communicated exceptionally well, resolved the issue promptly, and I was able to depart on schedule. Much quicker and significantly more reasonable on cost than I could have possibly expected. Experienced an AOG situation on Sunday because of a starter seizure. Maintenance lead George managed to fit us in the following day and had us airborne by Tuesday morning. Justin performed an outstanding job resolving the problem. It's uncommon to find shop personnel who hold both AP and IA ratings. Communication was top-notch during the entire procedure. The costs associated with the starter replacement were quite fair. Both the maintenance team and the FBO personnel were welcoming and supportive. The maintenance and FBO facilities are tidy and sufficiently equipped. I strongly recommend this service.

Our aircraft owners group recently held a fly-in here, and Augusta Aviation provided excellent support at every stage, from the line crew and front desk staff right through to management and the event coordinator.
