Impressive! We stayed overnight in Dalhart on 9/15/25 and took on fuel at Flying W. I was quite pleased with the fuel cost, and the customer service proved excellent! They arranged a crew car for me for the evening and suggested a wonderful dining spot close to the lodging. Whenever you have the chance to visit KDHT, make sure to fuel up at Flying W. The staff there are superb. You will find them on the north side of the airport, situated west of the displaced threshold for runway 17.

If you are near Dalhart, Flying W is the location to stop. Their service is truly excellent.

During a cross-country journey from Iowa to Santa Fe, the personnel at KDHT proved extremely helpful. They promptly refueled my aircraft, suggested a meal at the facility's restaurant, and offered guidance for my initial time navigating the mountain ridge. The amenities were superb, and I would happily visit again!

Flew in after hours in our PA32 but the Flying W crew put us in their hangar overnight due to TS in area and then gave us one of their personal vehicles for RON in town. Excellent Texas hospitality!
