Had a wonderful visit with friends. Received excellent service from Fly USA line service me at the plane, took it, tied it up, and topped off the fuel. The staff at the counter was beyond pleasant. A rental car was waiting for me. Everything proceeded smoothly. I would certainly return.

Steer clear of this FBO, it's a complete sham. Management is a total joke, fuel costs are excessively high, and the line crew seems utterly lost. The runway surface is in dreadful condition, offering little reason to choose this airport. Head over to PIE instead; you will certainly have a better experience there. -Robert T N None of your business

From touchdown to wheels up, the service was excellent. The entire team is invested in the aviation community. There's a very active flight school here which I love to see. Everything you think of when you think of a small airport FBO where people hang out and talk shop. I used the shower facilities and relaxed in the lounge while waiting for storms to pass further North on my route of flight. Will return again- They even hand wrote me a "thank you - safe travels" note.

The service here is super helpful and attentive; they have always taken excellent care of me.

Flew in the Vision Jet last week and could not be happier with all the staff, from the linemen to the office personnel. They offer affordable fuel and reasonable fees, and they even assisted in finding us a rental car when most places were sold out due to spring break. I highly recommend this CAA FBO!

The ground crew at FLY USA are truly excellent.
