Avoid spending your money here. The service provided is quite poor. Ground crew personnel seem sluggish, work at a slow pace, and refuse to assist with baggage or chocking the aircraft. You should consider going to Atlantic instead.

If you are looking for an FBO where you must park yourself, chock the aircraft yourself, carry bags in alone, and have zero contact with line service upon arrival or departure, then this is the FBO for you! Arguably, this is the worst FBO service I have encountered in my 15 years of flying professionally. Thankfully, we do not frequent this airport. If we did, I would choose Atlantic and pay the extra $3/gallon rather than deal with this facility. The only benefit of being a Bravo member was the inexpensive fuel. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I concur with the majority of the other feedback. $1100 for a Hawker to be on the ramp? Just your standard overpriced Signature service. I always feel that more value should be offered. Snacks in the FBO? Only the inexpensive items, and they weren't even appealing or nicely displayed. The personnel are pleasant. This isn't their fault, though. The facility was tidy.

Why do they feature the CBP logo if they do not offer that service on site? (and apparently never have, according to one staff member) isn't that quite misleading?

The personnel were pleasant and supportive. The FBO facility is new and contemporary. They overlooked refueling my aircraft, so they applied the weekend discount of $0.50 off.
