Edwards Jet Center KBIL Pilot Reviews

November 27, 2025Stopped in here last week for the day, experienced an emergency return after departing and ended up spending two days here for maintenance. I certainly put the FBO ladies up front and the line personnel through a lot! Constant changes and new requests, yet they never failed to deliver excellent service despite everything they managed. Fantastic work, I certainly look forward to returning. Much appreciated!

November 5, 2025Superb FBO facility. Top-notch service even for a C150. No excessive charges like at other locations.

November 3, 2025Excellent service and a fair price. We flew in with my C180 and were treated just like the jet that landed at the same time.

October 30, 2025First-class operation! A lineman parked our aircraft, and the courtesy car arrived shortly after. The fuel truck followed minutes later. Everyone present was polite and courteous. Tasha at the desk was cheerful, friendly, and very helpful. Having visited FBOs throughout the US, I can confirm this experience rivals the best FBOs, regardless of size. The facility was clean, modern, and comfortable. The ramp area was well organized. Fuel pricing was reasonable. Overall, this was a top-tier operation.

October 16, 2025Arrived at KBIL due to a #1 alternator failure. I parked near the avionics building where I met Isaak, who guided me to the proper facility for the alternator replacement. Isaak was extremely helpful, friendly, and personable—thank you, Isaak. Jeff Doyle, Chief of Maintenance at Edward's, took over the situation. He arrived promptly, identified the correct alternator model, ordered it, and had one flown in the following day. The installation, final checks, and paperwork were all completed within two and a half hours. Thank you, Jeff. It was a truly positive experience.
