Flew into (Lear 40) Beacon Air on December 5th, and could not have asked for superior service! From the moment we arrived, it was truly first-class attention! The line crew and CSR assistance are excellent! This facility is a wonderful find in Billings, we certainly plan to return! Superb work!

This was my initial visit to KBIL. I was eager to experience Beacon Air, given the prior feedback noted on ForeFlight. The personnel, including those on the ramp, at the front desk, in the office, and at the food service area, were all remarkably friendly and helpful. My associates who met me there were equally pleased with the warm reception they received. I operate a turbo diesel aircraft, and the Jet A fuel cost was surprisingly competitive. All amenities are spotless, and I look forward to returning soon!

We were based here for nearly two months while conducting aerial survey work. Everyone is friendly and consistently accommodating. This includes the front desk receptionists Lorrisa, Cienna, and Angie. Furthermore, the ramp personnel are always welcoming. Thanks to Camden and the entire team.

Exceptional service and a wonderful FBO. They responded to our fuel request via ForeFlight extremely fast, and offer superb pricing for fuel. Line service personnel are very friendly and attentive. The facilities are first-rate, and the availability of snacks, beverages, and a cafe makes this a necessary stop for all types of pilots and missions!

Exceptional service! The line attendant not only fueled our aircraft but also ran back to return our rental car after I finished loading the plane. Then, while I was preflighting, he approached and offered to clean my windshield. I have never experienced such dedication. Furthermore, the lady in the FBO was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Truly fantastic customer support. I highly recommend this location.
