This is my preferred FBO. Sarah truly is the magic factor that makes this location excellent. The service level is top notch. The team is friendly. The FBO is spotless. Good snacks and beverages are available. Nice pilots lounge area. Sarah should start a training company on how to execute this!

I have to say, this was one of the better FBO's I've visited recently!! Sarah, the manager, was overly eager to ensure we were taken care of!! Their fees were cheaper than Atlantic, which was the original reason I chose them, but moving forward, the reason I'll be returning is how well managed and efficient this facility is. Five stars! I wish all FBOs operated this way!

Good, clean FBO. Not very accommodating if you want your aircraft pulled out quickly, even when they aren't busy. We were informed we must provide at least an hour's notice to be moved from the hangar, which didn't suit our operational needs. All customer service was excellent apart from the manager, Ariana; she was consistently impolite each morning and made me reluctant to interact with her. Everyone else, however, was fantastic! Still, I might suggest Atlantic over Million Air.

Ramp fees are excessive!! I appreciate the FBO and their courtesy cars, which are the best I've seen. However, the ramp fee for a small single-engine turbine aircraft for just 1.5 hours was $275! That's more than what I've paid at ATL, MIA, or any other major airport. Fortunately, after I mentioned how unreasonable the charge was, the staff member reduced the fee for me.
