Diverted here due to weather in a 172. Excellent line staff and customer service overall. No charge was applied for our diversion, and they provided a crew car for dinner while we waited. A wonderful group of people here.

We had to divert to KBHM last night due to weather conditions. The line service personnel were excellent and very hospitable. Overall, very good service. However, when checking out, the charge for one night's parking for a Van's RV-6 was $70, despite no services being rendered. That is an excessive fee. Unless one has surplus funds available, I suggest avoiding this location.

During a recent trip to KBHM, we had a truly wonderful experience with Atlantic Aviation and their highly competent and courteous team. Every staff member, from the Marshaller to the Front Desk personnel, collaborated effectively, truly embodying the spirit of EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE—a quality seldom seen today.
