The service was slower than the line at the DMV. I could have started, taxied over to Modern Aviation for fuel, taxied back, and still would have been waiting for them to fuel my aircraft. The aircraft registration was removed.

Superb service in a brand new facility.

The absolute worst FBO I have visited this year. Securing any assistance for passengers or crew felt incredibly difficult. This was despite purchasing nearly 1100 gallons of fuel. In the drizzling rain, passengers were not offered transport to the aircraft, nor even an umbrella, and there was no assistance with luggage loading. I will certainly not return!

The personnel here were very pleasant. The crew lounge offers nice amenities, including snacks, and the restrooms are clean. The courtesy car has a two-hour usage limit. The access fee is waived if you purchase ten gallons of AVGAS. It is conveniently located near customs. I certainly plan to return!

The 100LL fuel truck is operational once more.

A new policy started at the beginning of June: they will no longer provide a crew car to anyone under 21 years old. Be warned about this change. Otherwise, the service remains as pleasant as ever, but this specific rule made the visit somewhat challenging.
