Superb FBO experience. The staff is wonderful and very friendly, offering a good snack selection including a nice espresso maker. Most notably, they bake fresh chocolate chip cookies, filling the spotless lobby with a fantastic aroma. The pilot's lounge features comfortable recliners. It's truly the best spot to wait!

Some information regarding Modern Aviation's fees. Good afternoon, To waive the $50 ramp fee, you need 10 gallons of fuel. The overnight rate is $40.00, and the hangar charge is $300.00 per night. There is also a non-waivable infrastructure fee of $35.00. Please note that we do not provide tie-downs at our facility. Best regards, Sarah

Professional and personal experience during our quick-turn today! Line service was prompt. Chitwan and Megan were awesome to interact with and helped correct an invoice so we weren't overcharged. We will definitely return to Modern next time we're at BFI!

This facility was excellent, but now it feels just average. Their fees seem excessive. Overnight tie-down for a Cirrus without any services cost $125. Separately, I find the air traffic controllers at BFI to be condescending and rude. It no longer feels like the general aviation friendly location it once was.

I cannot speak highly enough of Modern Aviation. I flew in from Canada, and the service proved to be amazing. I arrived in a Cirrus, and the ground crew was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I will certainly return!
