Superb and friendly service! Trinity was awesome for us and our passengers.

The fuel services for the DoD contract were excellent. I flew my SR22 in recently, and the line crew handled the refueling of the aircraft, which was previously registered as N56789, very efficiently. The ramp space was adequate for the size of my aircraft. I appreciated the quick turnaround time, especially since I needed to depart promptly for my next leg. The instructor, Mary, confirmed that the paperwork was processed without any issues. Overall, a very professional operation.

Friendly personnel, clean facilities, and a good crew car are provided. The total charge was a $40 facility fee plus a $10 security deposit. Aircraft type: V35B.

Flew in on Bonanza over the New Year holiday, and Signature's 100LL fuel truck was out of service. This required some hands-on management from me, but they managed to coordinate with Atlantic Aviation to get fuel using their truck. We completed the task, though the internal communication wasn't optimal. Atlantic's personnel seemed friendlier and more proactive in assisting. Both FBOs coordinated just enough for us to successfully refuel. Perhaps I should have just chosen Atlantic from the start—ensure the fuel truck is operational at Signature if you are committed to using them, as it had apparently been down for some time.
