Generally, Atlantic Aviation offers excellent customer service, but not at the Austin location. Despite being open 24/7, nobody was present at the desk when we arrived. We had to leave a note containing our contact details. Furthermore, during our departure a few days later, the attendant at the front desk remained occupied on a personal call throughout. They positioned our aircraft far from the FBO and, even with all our baggage and passengers, they were 'unable' to arrange a golf cart shuttle to the plane. We plan to use Signature Flight Support next time.

Recently I have flown two Angel Flights into KAUS and I've used Atlantic as the FBO for both trips. Both occasions, Ali at the front desk proved very helpful and pleasant to work with. Any associated fees were waived, and a fuel discount (50c?) was extended because they were Angel Flights. This is the finest Atlantic FBO I have encountered.

I concur with the prior post. Superb Atlantic FBO. They kept our aircraft parked prominently for a wonderful evening in Austin. A very welcoming FBO with professional staff and fair fuel rates for a major airport.

This is the best Atlantic FBO I have ever visited. I parked with them across a two-week span, utilizing their services multiple times, and every staff member I encountered was both kind and helpful. The GoRental personnel inside the main lobby were also excellent to deal with.
