Always superb service from the personnel at Galaxy! The coffee is fantastic and my passengers enjoy the lounge area.

We stopped in for a day trip and chose Galaxy based on their excellent reputation, and they certainly did not disappoint. The lineman pulled us up right in front of the hangar and was very friendly. The facility is very nice both inside and out. Both CSRs were very helpful and quickly secured a nice courtesy car for us. We even received a complimentary shirt. The total cost was $40, but this would have been waived with the purchase of 10 gallons of fuel.

Beautiful facility, excellent customer service, attentive and polite for both line service and inside CSRs. Will definitely return soon.

This is an excellent FBO regarding their facility and service quality! They arranged a rental car for our party, and one of the line personnel actually met us right at the aircraft upon arrival, allowing us to complete all necessary paperwork directly on the ramp. Furthermore, they provide a substantial Angel Flight fuel discount.

Galaxy is the destination of choice when visiting Addison. The line personnel are friendly, and the front desk staff are eager to assist in any capacity. This location offers the best value on the field, without question. The ramp fee was quite fair considering the quality of the facilities provided. I arrived in my Baron, and they treated my passengers and me as if I were flying a Falcon jet. The crew cars were spotless, and the coffee was piping hot. It's hard to request more! We will certainly be returning to Galaxy whenever we are at Addison.
